Never bored of awards
Award season is upon us. An exciting but equally nerve-racking time, as you sit at your table hearing the words “…and the winner is…” Anyway, let’s not get ahead of ourselves – at this stage we’re pleased to have made it to finalist status.
Selfridges Body Studio is first up and our lighting design solution has been shortlisted for five 2016 awards: FX International Interior Design, Retail Week Interiors, Lux, Darc and World Interiors News.
This is a project that was completed with endless amounts of passion and the resulting lighting scheme for the London department store is testament to that. When it comes to everything bodywear, it’s a slice of retail heaven.
Next is outdoor adventure brand Berghaus’ head office: it’s been shortlisted for a Lux Award. This workplace fit out is very, very cool. (And no, we’re still not over our bout of office envy. Bet they don’t have a cute office dog like us though.)
It’s one amazing space where the lighting design works perfectly with the quirky interior. Hopefully it will swing (they actually have one in their reception) in the judges’ favour; it’s already been a success winning a British Council for Offices (BCO) award.
