Nulty brings home a nice big trophy
As the saying goes “you’ve got to be in it to win it” and that’s exactly what we did!
Representing Nulty at Light Projects‘ recent Scalextric night were lighting designers Victoria, Carla, Matthew and Ida. Victoria raced ahead in the practice laps making the leader board for the fastest times. We’ll be honest, we were originally out for a bit of fun, food and socialising (the standard gig) but when we made it through to the first round, where the hosts were knocked out (ouch!), we kind of got serious and thought we could be in with a chance. Rebecca was the fifth member of Nulty present, however, as teams were made up of four she volunteered (what a good sport) to join another team, of which we later took on in the final and very closely beat. It’s not all bad though, at least Rebecca received a second place medal.
It was a thoroughly entertaining evening and even though we got very competitive there was lots of networking and fun, all of which was topped off by the massive trophy and individual medals we received!
