Dominic is a Junior Lighting Designer helping to create architectural lighting schemes rooted in creativity and problem-solving. He graduated from Nottingham Trent with a degree in Product Design, where he developed a holistic way of thinking that now informs his design process.
He spent several years as a nightclub DJ, later running his own DJ business. During his time working in venues it showed him how atmosphere can shift dramatically through lighting choices. Dominic’s greatest strengths are performing under pressure and collaborating effectively. He has extensive client-facing experience, managing a wide range of stakeholders and working to tight deadlines to deliver successful project outcomes.
His fascination with light goes beyond design, it’s rooted in the belief that light powers the world and connects us to distant places and times, like seeing stars as they were thousands of years ago. Outside the studio, Dominic enjoys the gym, calisthenics, reading philosophy and self-development, and producing house music.
