Light sources in the working environment

Our Director Ellie Coombs recently talked to Architect’s Choice magazine about the commercial environment and choosing light sources.

The use of natural materials in these interiors continues to be big and it’s important to show their quality; controlled artificial office lighting can do just that by simulating the character of natural light. And, natural light in the workplace is up there when it comes to health and well-being, which is very much “on topic”.

Ever-changing interior working environments also means new approaches for lighting schemes – the new CIBSE Lighting Guide 07: Offices (2015) reflects the changes in the office design landscape. The Architect’s Choice article is available to read here.
