Lux reports on our new lighting philosophy for London Underground

Paul Nulty and Phil Copland recently took to the stage at LuxLive 2015 to introduce our really exciting architectural lighting design concept for London Underground.

The lighting philosophy forms part of a new design guide – the “Station Design Idiom”. The creative use of light will transform station environments, celebrate the rich heritage and historic features, and provide customers and staff with inspiring spaces. A key part of the concept uses layers of light that will create spaces that are safe and functional but that will also add excitement, ambience and drama.
